Quack law could land Baba Ramdev in jail
The debate on black money fueled by teleguru Ramdev has not only raised the hackles of the ruling party at the centre but also the medical profession.
While defending on different television channels, the ashrams and pharmacies run by him, Ramdev has made tall claims that he has been able to cure people of diseases like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, ailments of the stomach and even cancer.
Such claims — points out Dr Anil Bansal, head of the anti- quackery cell at the Indian Medical Association — amount to violation of the Drugs and Magical Remedies Act (objectionable advertisements) Act of 1954.
The law says that “ no person carrying on or purporting to carry on the profession of administering magic remedies shall take any part in the publication of any advertisement referring to any magic remedy which directly or indirectly claims to be efficacious for any of the purposes”. Ramdev claims to have cured most of the diseases which are mentioned in the schedule of the law.
If found guilty of promoting magical remedies, the yoga guru could land in jail for a minimum of six months.

After witnessing the feed back from thousands of persons who got permanent reliefs from the problems referred above in the yog-camps participated by thousands of persons across the world,it is felt that "the law under reference lost its significance and needs to be modified after a suitable review.Simply calling quack,a great sage like Ramdev Baba cannot be degraded.The actions of the number of medical professionals who call for avoidable investigations as well as performance of avoidable surgeries can be called by what name and dealt with what legal provisions?One can observe that Ram dev baba himself never claims that he has invented any quack medicine for the serious problems as above but he consolidates the different positive results shared by the personal experiences of the concerned.Wiser counsels prevail on all those who pass hasty comments on those particularly the yog rishies .saints and wisermen of the world. Trying all the options to defame Swamiji, as they look dwarfs in front of him. Instead of adressing the issues which plague this country, the government is trying to curb the voice that raises them. Wow what an government India has.
The government should realise the crubbing sane voices spells doom.
Swami Ramdev Ji through his Yoga and pranayam helped millions of humans to cure themselves from number of diseases..........

Baba Ramdev has been holding Yog Shivirs for the past one decade nearly. In each of his Shivirs thousands and thousands of lay citizens have voluntarily confirmed the claims of Swamiji. The Government would have had him behind bars if there was even an iota of a chance. What Swamiji is doing is for the benefit of Mankind as a whole. Instead of trying to pull him down, we should support him in his endeavor.
Problem with Dr Anils is that they are products of a system which is increasingly being looked upon with suspicion. It was made for, of and by western medicine barons who wanted only One God system. Rest all was blasphemy. Dr saheb is only talking about some law his own minister Mr Ramdoss under the influence of Reds then had tried to meddle with Baba. After few days he was seen jumping in Babas health camp. Good luck Doctor, you will need it.

People who belong to the above categories r scared of Baba Ramdev and Bharat Swbhiman Movement . They consider him a big threat.
They r trying to defame Baba Ramdev and will try to do the same in future,But it will not work.
What is known as the modern medicine of chemicals mostly injurious to health is the biggest quack.Every few months a drug is banned somewhere while other doctors continue to prescribe.Any fool can prescribe paracetamol for fever, and all so called learned doctors do that.This modern system of medicine is the most corrupt thing known on earth, it is run by the corruption creating drug companies, where drugs are prescribed not by the so called learned doctors, but eventually the MR-Medical representative..! They do not even know that indian ayurvedic doctors were murdered by the british to force this system.

Reading the above mentioned reviews of the true patriots supporting the movement of His Holiness Swami Ramdev ji for flushing out corrupt people and the corrupt administration system like cockroches, my heart is filled with joy and happiness. Now we will not only support the movement but ensure that no stone is left unturned in eradicating the corruption from BHARAT as soon as possible. Bharat Mata ki jai.. Vande Matram..

Sir, i strongly recommend that you provide evidence to prove your points. Where are your clinical trials, double-blinds etc ? Provide some solid evidence before you make such claims.
baba ramdev do good work in the field of yoga & naturopath but it dint mean that if u have name then u can broke the law. if baba can do practice without having any qualification then why there is is so many courses are running by indian government in the field of ayurveda or yoga field government should close all these courses and say to all those people who studies in it that no need to learn about these treatment as a professional just learn in home and wear a colourful cloth and start to do same what baba ji doing now and u will also supported by so many blind people who believe in magic.
